The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including cooked English breakfast, crepes, waffles, and omelettes. Guests can also enjoy the 25m swimming pool and the bike hire shops nearby.

The restaurant can be quite noisy and lacks atmosphere, resembling a big canteen. There are also some hidden costs, such as no free WiFi in the rooms and additional charges for the safe.

The hotel staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional and hygienically flawless. The location was peaceful and close to nature reserve and beach. The buffet had excellent choices. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the Son Baulo area of Ca'n Picafort was excellent, as it was right next to a clean beach. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The service was top-notch, with car hire and bicycle hire available. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the medical facilities service, as well as the laundry and shuttle service provided.

We had an amazing time at Ferrer Janeiro Hotel & Spa. The location of the hotel at the end of town in Can Picafort was perfect for us. We loved that it wasn't too crowded or over-commercialized. The beach nearby was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed, like public bathrooms, lifeguards, and a bar. The hotel property was also lovely, with a pool area and an ocean view from our room. The food at the hotel was delicious, and we enjoyed the partial inclusive package. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. We also appreciated the spa facilities, even though we couldn't take full advantage due to the spa cleaning day. we had a relaxing and enjoyable week at Ferrer Janeiro Hotel & Spa.

The room we were given was not what we requested and had a noisy entertainment area right outside the window, which made it difficult for our child to sleep.

The pavement outside the hotel was in rough condition and made walking outside the property a bit tricky. there was quite a bit of dog poop on the pavements, so we had to be careful where we stepped.

The location was ideal, being only a 3-minute walk from the beach. It was perfect for us as we are avid cyclists and triathletes, so the proximity to the beach was great for our winter training. Additionally, this place was surrounded by a number of shops, bars, and there was a bus stop into Alcudia nearby. The service provided here was top-notch, with excellent car and bicycle hire, housekeeping, and even medical facilities available. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The bar staff, in particular, were always super nice and kind.
