The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was well-sized. The staff paid great attention to detail and were very attentive. The location was perfect for exploring the old area of the city, with plenty of lovely shops, eating, and drinking places within a few minutes walk. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable.

Wow! This is the best hotel ever! I am extremely impressed and I stay in a lot of hotels. It's not a chain, but a young entrepreneur-owned hotel from Bilbao. The staff is hardworking, personable, sincere, and helpful. The architecture is odd but fantastic, and the spacious rooms have comfortable beds and little balconies. The TV even has Chromecast. And the price is unreal! the best hotel I've ever stayed in!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing us with a map and great recommendations for things to see and do in the city. the location was also perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to visit. the room was both functional and beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the river.

the lack of information about the reserved car parking made our arrival quite stressful. It would have been helpful to receive more details in advance.

The hotel had a great location, close to the 'old' town area with lots of interesting bars and restaurants. It was also conveniently positioned between two tram stops, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good size wardrobe, drawers, and a safe. The bathroom had a really nice shower and the hotel provided complimentary water, a kettle, and hot drinks.

I recently stayed at Hotel Tayko and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's charming and contemporary design, along with its helpful and friendly staff, made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The location is perfect, as it is close to the old town and tram station. The amenities in the bathroom were a nice touch and the gym in the basement was a great addition. The restaurant served delicious meals, although the food was slightly salty. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to trying their second location in Sevilla.

Finding the hotel was a bit difficult, and the driving instructions were not clear. Once we arrived, there was no valet parking service, and we had to navigate the one-way system to find parking ourselves.

As avid bike riders, my partner and I recently stayed at a hotel located in the heart of Bilbao. We loved the fact that the hotel was close to numerous restaurants in the old area of town serving outstanding local cuisine, which we enjoyed during our stay. Our room was clean, spacious and looked very modern with all the amenities we needed, including a powerful shower. The hotel's location made it easy for us to explore the city's incredible attractions such as the famous Guggenheim museum and the wonderful river.

While there were very few negative points about this hotel, we did find the breakfast prices to be quite steep, which made us opt out of having breakfast at the hotel.

Perfect location right in the heart of the city, surrounded by all the best bars and restaurants within walking distance. the staff were the absolute highlight! So friendly and always willing to help out with anything. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived in the room to find complimentary macarons and a voucher for a free drink at the bar. the room size was great too - spacious without feeling cramped.
