I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming boutique hotel in a coastal town. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and a beautiful garden oasis with a refreshing pool. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The hotel even had its own wine shop, which was a delightful surprise. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a window in my room and the absence of table and chairs on the balcony, these were easily overshadowed by the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a small, peaceful getaway with attentive service and a charming atmosphere. I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this lovely boutique hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Tikar for a leisure trip. The charming, old Spanish-style building had a lot of character and the garden and pool area were absolutely lovely. The owners, Sean and his family, were extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. Both breakfast in the garden and dinner at the hotel's restaurant were fantastic, with the orange jam being a standout. The hotel's restaurant had amazing food, a talented chef, and a great wine selection available at their on-site wine shop. The secluded garden created a peaceful and delightful oasis that was hard to leave. The rooms were spacious, with a separate lounge area, and the large bathroom had a walk-in shower. The staff throughout our stay were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying at this unique and wonderful hotel.

We stayed at Tikar for a relaxing getaway and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and always available to assist us. The beautiful garden and pool provided a calm atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The breakfast in the zen-like garden was a delightful start to each morning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and town center. The spacious room and comfortable bed ensured a restful stay. We highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Fantastic reception and unrivalled service. the owners are a delight and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast by the pool was perfect and relaxing. A great night-time walk along the seafront to an interesting street market and fair. Free parking spaces in the surrounding streets. Located on the outskirts, about a 10-minute walk to the beach and marina. the restaurant is among the best in the region. Lovely garden with several seats.

Basic rooms with no balcony. No towels for the pool.

The staff at Restaurante Azul were multitasking geniuses, serving and waiting tables like pros. The neighboring village's ceramics were so ancient, they could probably be in a museum. I loved that I could choose from a great selection of wines from the hotel's wine shop.

A millennium-old ceramic in my room would've completed the rustic vibe, but sadly that wasn't an option.

We stayed at Tikar for a short getaway and loved it! The two room suite with air conditioning in both rooms was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The paintings for sale throughout the hotel added a unique touch, and we even ended up buying one. The evening meal at the restaurant was superb and reasonably priced, and breakfast in the garden was a great way to start the day. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and town center. a lovely place with great people!

Small hotel with comfortable suites, attractive restaurant, and pretty garden. Meals can be enjoyed in the garden. Friendly owners make you feel like family.
