We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city center, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and bars. It was also centrally located to explore the charming old part of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered us a shower after a hot day while waiting for our taxi to the airport. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh and delicious pastries, bread, and juices. a truly enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect for both eating out and sight-seeing. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from, and the historic old town is just a short walk away. The staff at the hotel are helpful in identifying and arranging onsite massage therapy, a great option for relaxation after a day of exploring.

The service at the hotel can be a bit slow at times, especially during check-in and in the restaurant.

It is right in the heart of town, just a stone's throw away from the breathtaking cathedral. Everything we wanted to do and see was within a very small area, making it so convenient for us to explore and enjoy all the city had to offer.

We loved the rooftop plunge pool with a view of the Cathedral and the beautiful old building. The staff were helpful and arranged on-site massage therapy. The location was perfect, and the breakfast and bar area were amazing. The rooftop sauna and lounge area had superb views.

this hotel surpassed my expectations. loved the location, surrounded by great restaurants and tapas bars. the staff went above and beyond to make our trip amazing. relaxing in the beautiful courtyard with a drink was the perfect end to the day. wouldn't hesitate to return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Palma. The location was excellent, close to the main shopping and restaurant area, as well as being near the cathedral. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and well-equipped room that had air conditioning and a fridge stocked with water. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of options including fresh juices, yoghurt with nuts and granola, and a selection of cold meats and cheeses.

The central location allows for easy access to many attractions and the beach is just a short walk away. The rooms are well-equipped and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good value for the price and there is a rooftop terrace with a dipping pool.

The terrace, which is showcased in many of the hotel's photos, was unfortunately closed during my stay.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was right in the heart of the Old Town, just a stone's throw away from the stunning cathedral. We were able to walk to the beach and marina, as well as to the main sites like the castle and palace. It was also a great spot for shopping. The fresh design of the hotel created a calm and relaxing atmosphere that we really enjoyed. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast here was absolutely fabulous with a wide choice of delicious options. We were impressed by the quality of the amenities provided, such as the Moulton Brown toiletries and the comfortable beds with lots of pillows to choose from. The rooftop plunge pool and solarium offered a great view of the cathedral and plenty of sun-loungers for relaxation.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The double room was clean and spacious, with a powerful and hot shower. The buffet breakfast had a tasty variety of food and was served between 7-11, giving us plenty of time to enjoy it. The location was excellent and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The complimentary toiletries and bottle of water were a nice touch. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops, and we felt safe wandering around day or night.

The buffet was not restocked quickly enough and some items were out completely. the eggs were transferred to other items due to a lack of serving utensils, making it unsafe for those with allergies.

We were delighted to stay at a recently renovated hotel with a calm courtyard and beautiful furniture. Despite the lack of a desk and chairs in the room, the cleanliness and modernity were impressive. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, although the tables could have been better maintained. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
