I had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to the metro station. the cleanliness was superb, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch. the transportation options were convenient, with easy access to Haneda airport.

Can't think of any downsides to mention.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the fantastic views of the sea from my room. the location was unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation that made it a breeze to explore the surrounding area. the hotel truly exceeded my expectations with its top-notch hot springs and immense public bath, which was definitely one of the highlights of my trip.
