The location is perfect, with boutiques and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a small boutique feel, with knowledgeable and kind staff. The rooms are super dark and quiet, perfect for resting and sleeping. The buffet breakfast is delicious and there is a 2 Michelin star restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

The most memorable part of my xmas experience was the attentive and friendly staff members. They gave us great recommendations for nearby attractions and treated us like family. The location was ideal, with plenty of shops, museums, and restaurants to keep us entertained. The rooms were spacious and had luxurious bathroom amenities that exceeded our expectations.

The noise level, particularly during the night. The walls seemed thin, and we could hear guests walking in the hallway.

Located in the Salamanca area, this hotel is situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid. It offers a very central location with excellent shopping options, surrounded by high-end shops like Tiffany's and Cartier. The hotel features beautifully styled guest rooms that are comfortable and chic, with well-appointed bathrooms. The staff provides exceptional service, from helpful concierges to friendly receptionists. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and dine at the fabulous Michelin star restaurant. Additionally, the hotel provides nice bar and library facilities for relaxation.

The only negative aspect was the slow service at the bar.

The location, staff kindness, quiet rooms, delicious buffet breakfast, exceptional service and facilities, tasteful luxury.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel pampered and special. The luxurious amenities were just what I needed to unwind and relax, especially the Spa & wellness center that offered various beauty treatments. The indoor swimming pool was stunning, and the treatment room enhanced the overall experience. I was treated to a sumptuous in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap.

The snack bar items were a little overpriced for my budget, however, the rest of the meals at the restaurant were excellent. The private facilities were exclusive and just what I needed to get some work done.
