Visited for a family trip of 3, room was modern, spacious, and clean. Fantastic air conditioning, large bathroom with hot water and strong pressure, and great view of the pool area. Convenient location near transportation, malls, and restaurants. Excellent breakfast included, friendly staff, and accommodating front desk. Enjoyed the kitchenette in the room and the overall cleanliness.

Element in Brickell offers a fantastic location near Brickell City Center and Metrorail. Spacious, modern rooms with beautiful views, a well-maintained pool area, and excellent air conditioning. the staff provide outstanding service, including room upgrades at no extra cost, complimentary breakfast, and useful amenities like a kitchenette, free yoga classes.

The hotel provided body wash and shampoo in pumps, which was convenient. the kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own dinner. the hotel's location was also convenient, as we were able to easily move around the city.

The hotel fell short in some areas. For example, we were expecting utensils for two, but there was only one spoon in the room.

During our stay at Element, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the friendly staff. The location was also convenient for exploring the area. we had a pleasant experience.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks like the limited number of tea bags and water bottles in the room, as well as the occasional clash of doors which caused injury, these were outweighed by the positives of our stay.
