The self-serve coffee machine made excellent cafe lattes. We also received great recommendations for a tapas bar and restaurant from the helpful man at the front desk. The free shuttle bus to the airport was convenient, running every 30 minutes. The driver went above and beyond by explaining the quirks of checking bags in one terminal and taking a train to another. Without his assistance, we would have surely missed our flight. The hotel overall was a treasure.

The location is perfect, just a 3-5 minute walk to the metro station that takes you straight to the city center. Also, it's so close to the airport that you can easily catch your flight without any hassle. The room was clean, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The noise from the street below was quite bothersome, especially with the window having to be open due to the lack of air conditioning.

Great value for money! We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of this hotel. We loved the fact that we had access to free computers as we didn’t bring ours, and we appreciated the constant supply of complimentary tea and coffee. the hotel is situated in a quiet but lively area with plenty of local restaurants and pubs nearby. the location is also perfect for city breaks with easy access to the center of the city in just a short walk.

Although the breakfast selection was great, we found the rooms to be a bit small and uncomfortable. the bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped, and the pillows were too soft.
