We had a fantastic river/mountain view from our balcony at Hotel Xauen, and it was the perfect location to access the hot springs. The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was clean and the daily cleaning service was exceptional. Despite the hot weather, the room remained cool and we had a comfortable night's sleep. The sound of the river and the birds in the morning and the occasional entertainment from the pavilion below added to the charm of our stay. Plus, the hotel provided a free daily entry ticket to the hot springs, which was a great bonus.

A great find for a budget-friendly hotel with excellent value for money. Prices for amenities like coffee are very reasonable, making it a great choice for those watching their budget. The staff were friendly and provided helpful information about the surrounding area. The rooms were comfortable, complete with a terrace which was also really appreciated. The breakfast options were basic but satisfying.

Minor room noise, but otherwise a good stay.

Great location, affordable price with spa access. Friendly staff, secure parking and the option for late check-out. Room had a sunny terrace with a stunning valley view. Private spa experience, and the river swim at dawn was truly magical.

The views from the balcony were amazing, really breathtaking. , the location was perfect for exploring the nearby hot springs and hiking trails. It was really handy to have a bar in the hotel for when we wanted a midday drink.

Our room was not comfortable at all. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, leading to a really unpleasant night's sleep.
