During a recent business trip, my director selected Palm Cove Tropic Apartments in Palm Cove for our accommodation, and I must say, it turned out to be a delightful choice. the location was absolutely ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the pristine beach and surrounded by a myriad of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. the resort facilities were a highlight, with a secluded pool area offering plenty of shade and a covered BBQ and dining area perfect for relaxed evenings. the friendly staff members made us feel truly welcome, adding to the overall positive experience. the apartment itself was nothing short of beautiful, boasting brand new facilities and a comfortable environment that had me considering a return visit. the provision of washing facilities and thoughtful touches like a bag of washing powder further enhanced our stay. the large comfortable bed and private balcony were certainly standout features of the accommodation. In the spirit of honesty, one minor drawback was the reduced hours of reception. Upon arrival, finding just an envelope with our name stuck to the reception window felt slightly impersonal, and the limited interaction with the staff left us wanting a bit more hospitality.

The location of Tropic Apartments was perfect, just off the main street and close to all the restaurants. The apartment was well set out with a little kitchen, a lounge area, and a TV. I loved the nice little balcony and the bathroom even had a washing machine and dryer. The big comfortable bed and the ceiling fans made the stay very comfortable. The tropical plants and beautiful grounds added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. And of course, the pool was absolutely lovely. I had a great stay at Tropic Apartments and would definitely recommend it.

Comfy beds and self-contained items provided. Convenient location, short walk to beach and restaurants. Quiet room, facing creek with no street or pool noise. Helpful staff and good parking. Spacious apartment with clean pool area.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. the apartment we stayed in was well maintained and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the pool was also well-maintained and heated, which was perfect for a winter getaway.

One issue was the cigarette smoke that drifted into our apartment from the balcony below. there were some cleanliness issues when we first arrived, such as a dirty fridge and blunt knives in the kitchen.
