Our recent stay in Madrid was fantastic, thanks in large part to the Ibis hotel. We stayed for four nights and the location was perfect, with a metro station and bus stops nearby, as well as great restaurants and shops. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were incredibly friendly and responsive. We were so impressed that we plan to stay at an Ibis hotel again on our next trip. Thank you!

The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience.

Clean, modern hotel with a great location. Close to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing good service during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable mattress and a quiet atmosphere inside.

There was no minibar or variety of toiletries in the bathroom. Additionally, there was no room service available, which would have been convenient.
