I don't recall a time in Manhattan when the level of personalized attention was this exceptional. The new hotel is elegantly designed with cozy rooms and astonishing views. The lobby is spacious, the amenities luxurious, and the rooftop bar serves delicious drinks. With an innovative automated lift system, convenience is at its peak. Though the air conditioning can be a bit tricky to regulate, the overall experience is delightful.

The room was cozy and had a super comfy bed. The private bathroom was a big plus, and having access with a mobile device made everything so convenient.

I personally didn't care for the toothbrushes and toothpaste provided.

From the moment I walked into this venue, I was impressed by the welcoming and friendly staff who were always willing to help me with almost anything I needed. My room was clean, well-furnished and provided all the amenities I could hope for, with tea and coffee facilities, a terrace, ironing facilities. The location of this place was perfect for exploring the city, with it being a short walk from the subway. I really appreciated how helpful the staff were with everything, from express check-in/ -out to laundry services and luggage storage.

During my transit in New York, I stayed at Arlo Midtown, conveniently located just 13 km away from LaGuardia Airport. The hotel's central position allowed me to easily access the 4-star accommodation for a brief layover. The on-site business center and complimentary wireless internet access were valuable for staying connected and handling any urgent work tasks during my short visit.

the absence of a fridge and microwave limited some conveniences during my short stay. However, the impeccable cleanliness and efficient daily housekeeping service partially offset these minor inconveniences.

The hotel offered some complementary services that were great! the fitness center was well-equipped and clean. the location was ideal for my business trip with many restaurants and shops around. the bed was very comfortable, which helped me sleep after a long day of work.

My husband and I had a delightful overnight stay at this centrally located hotel. The early check-in was a pleasant surprise and the staff, especially Blake, Gurkan, and Alex, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The King room was immaculate with an incredible view. We loved the rooftop bar, ART Midtown, and the delicious cocktails. The fitness center was well-equipped and the complimentary City Bike day pass was a fantastic bonus. The added touches, like the wine and food options from Bells & Whistles, made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay truly wonderful!

The hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet area, yet extremely close to all the touristy spots, especially near theaters. Its proximity to Times Square and walking distance to all the tourist attractions make it an ideal location for exploring the city. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and clean sheets and towels. The staff is nice and provides great customer service. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the skyline.

The outlets in the rooms are not accommodating enough for plugging in chargers or hair tools.

The Arlo Midtown hotel in New York impressed me with its central location near iconic landmarks and vibrant Midtown Manhattan. I found the lack of working charging outlets in the room to be a minor inconvenience. despite requesting a room cleaning service, I did not receive a change of towels.
