Stayed at Ibis in Getafe for 3 nights. Great location, easy to find, no traffic noise from the highway-facing room. Hot water issue, but shower was still warm and fixed quickly. Comfy bed, spotlessly clean room. Attentive staff offering hot water with lemon. Supermarket nearby, plenty of grass areas for pets. Kind employees, nice decor, park for kids, and delicious breakfast with pastries, bread.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The decor upon entering was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was really good and varied, and the staff were always prepared to help. The hotel facilities, including the open reception, bar, and restaurant, were very welcoming. I especially enjoyed sitting at the outdoor tables for a drink or dinner. The location was convenient, as it was close to the train station and not far from the subway. It's a great option for those who want to stay on the outskirts of Madrid Centre.

We had a great stay at Ibis in Madrid! the room was nice and clean, with plenty of space. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel is dog-friendly, and they even gave us a welcome present with a poop bag kit. There are several supermarkets nearby, making it convenient to pick up any necessities. We also loved that there was a park nearby where we could take our dog for walks.

Practical room, excellent public transport, nearby supermarket, sufficient parking. Delicious and diverse breakfast options. Friendly staff, welcoming lobby with bar and restaurant. Outdoor seating available. Good value for money.
