Staff friendly, efficient. Breakfast surprisingly good. Clean, good location. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Room available before check-in. Near metro, restaurants. Ideal for price, nothing special, but all we needed for one-night stay. Reasonable cafe prices. Universal personal, helpful. Bathroom door fixed quickly. Lovely nearby park with almond blossom.

I stayed at Ibis for one night in Madrid and it was perfect for my airport needs. Great value for money with a tasty and varied breakfast buffet for €8.50. The location was very convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean with a modern bathroom. The staff were helpful and the hotel was in a quiet and modern area. Easy to reach from the airport via taxi or subway. Saved me time and money with a direct subway line to the city center.

I recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a nice hotel in Madrid. The staff at Ibis were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and inviting. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the airport, metro station, and plenty of restaurants. We also appreciated the proximity to a park and supermarkets. it was a great experience for a reasonable price.

Everything we needed and wanted was available, so no complaints here! 😊

The hotel tries really hard with its design, their breakfast is a buffet feast, and they even have a loyalty program for those who want to unlock "unforgettable experiences." So fancy!
