During our stay at Ibis Styles Sevilla City Santa Justa, we were impressed with the pet-friendly policy. Our French bulldog was warmly welcomed and even allowed to join us in the breakfast area. The modern room decor with beautiful murals on the walls and a stylish bar on the first floor added a touch of luxury to our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, with a good selection of pastries, cold cuts, fruits, and juices. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was close to everything we wanted to explore in the city, including a nearby parking space for rental bicycles. The availability of parking at the hotel made our stay hassle-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even accommodating our broken Spanish. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely return whenever I'm in Sevilla.

There were minor issues with the room, such as the lack of a minibar and a non-working safe. However, the staff offered to change our room to one with a working safe, although we opted to explore the city instead.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always there to assist. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the clean and modern rooms with big beds to the variety of choices for breakfast. It was also conveniently located close to the train station and within walking distance to most tourist spots. The value for money at this hotel was excellent, as it offered all the basic amenities one could need. I also loved the terrace with the pool and the relaxing music played during breakfast.

Had a superb stay at Ibis Styles. the staff were very helpful and polite, making my experience even better. the room was clean and the bed was very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location was convenient, with a 5-minute walk to Sevilla FC stadium and nearby shops and bars. Getting to the hotel was also easy, with a 20 euro taxi ride from the airport or a 4 euro shuttle bus from the train station. the free breakfast provided a great start to the day. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the town centre and most tourist spots. It is also within close proximity to the train station, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The rooms are spacious, well laid out, and equipped with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a good selection of quality continental options, and the rooftop pool is a lovely touch.

The only slight downside is the limited selection of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk away from the main tourist areas and also conveniently close to the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the hours were flexible, allowing me to grab a bite before my early flight. The rooftop pool was a real bonus, especially during the hot weather. The hotel provided complimentary towels, which was convenient for travelers with limited luggage.

One of the things that disappointed me was that the room didn't have a coffee maker or kettle, which were advertised. Although they did bring a Nespresso machine, there was no kettle provided.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms and the attitude of the staff was unhelpful when we complained. One of our belongings went missing and the staff showed no concern when we reported it.
