The location of this hotel is outstanding, with beautiful views right outside the front door. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The rooms are amazing, with some even having jacuzzis and fireplaces. The breakfast is delicious and well-presented, providing a true cultural experience. The service is top-notch, with the staff always being friendly and accommodating.

The room with the outside jacuzzi is a bit tight, and there was a problem with the fireplace. However, these minor issues were overshadowed by the exceptional service provided by the staff.
