I had a fantastic stay at this hotel located in the historic center of the city. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the charming old town and visit the magnificent cathedral. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a cafeteria/bar attached filled with interesting Spanish art from different eras. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and my bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel had free parking right next door, which was a great convenience. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The noise level inside and outside the hotel was intolerable. The walls were thin, and I could hear everything that my neighbors were doing. The plumbing system was also noisy, making it challenging to sleep at night. The lack of a coffee maker in the room was also disappointing, and every time I wanted a drink, I had to go down to the cafeteria. Moreover, the parking was limited, forcing us to park far away from the hotel, which was inconvenient. although the hotel had some good aspects, the noise level and parking situation were a significant disadvantage.

The surrounding area was filled with charming bars, restaurants, and shops, all within close proximity. I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the Plaza Mayor. The lobby and staircase had a unique and quirky design that added to the overall charm of the hotel. The recently refurbished rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The wifi worked perfectly, which was a relief considering my previous experiences in Spain. The breakfast and the downstairs bar/cafe were both excellent. Parking was a breeze, and I could even see my car from my room. I would highly recommend this hotel.
