Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great location, beautiful view.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff was friendly and efficient, always ready to help. The room had an interesting view of the port and a glimpse of the ocean. Breakfast had a lot of variety and everything seemed fresh. The beds were comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic, right next to the "Cuidad de las Artes y las Ciencias" Complex. They have cheap bikes available for rental on the property. The A/C worked well, essential for hot summers. The bathroom was well kept and the shower had good pressure and temperature.

Felt like royalty, no complaints at all.

The hotel is located above a bustling shopping mall, with plenty of food options and easy access to transportation. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, with blackout blinds for a good night's sleep. Breakfast offers a wide selection and free water.

The hotel's location was perfect! It was near the shopping district and within walking distance to the beach. the staff was very kind and accommodating. They were always willing to help and never failed to answer any queries. the breakfast was awesome! the spread was varied and delicious; perfect to kickstart a long day ahead.

There were a few unpleasant aspects about the hotel. First, there were not enough wardrobes in the room.

Our room was well located, close to central park and must-see attractions. The breakfast served at the hotel next door was delicious. The staff was exceptionally helpful and provided extra pillows immediately upon request. The bathroom was clean and modern. There were plenty of eating places nearby. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Ilunion Aqua for a weekend trip and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, being only a short distance away from both the city center and the Oceanograf. The room was spotless and the staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful. Another great feature was the convenient access to restaurants, bars, shops, and parking within the nearby shopping center. I highly recommend staying at this clean and welcoming hotel.

Conveniently situated near Oceanografic and a mall with restaurants, fast food, clothing, and a supermarket. Basic, yet clean rooms. Great location for exploring Valencia's attractions and the beach. A safe area surrounded by gated communities. Affordable parking options nearby.

This hotel is conveniently located with friendly transport facilities, making it easy to access the beach, city center, park, and aquarium. Its prime location on top of a mall adds a nice touch. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is excellent. The view varies, but some rooms offer beautiful sunrises.

The light switch on the wall was not secure and the bathroom door made of frosted glass was difficult to open/close.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless furniture and a clean room. The hotel facilities were great, with access to a gym and the option to use the facilities at the sister hotel next door. The location was perfect, as it was located in an adjoining shopping center with everything we needed close by. We were able to explore the Art & Science center, the Hemispheric, and the Oceanographic, which were all very close to the hotel. The breakfast provided was varied and plentiful, and the staff at the reception were friendly and ready to help.

The value for money at Ilunion Aqua was great, and our room was really good, clean and comfortable. The location, close to the City of Arts and Sciences and shopping malls, was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Food for breakfast could be better.
