We stayed at Don Rafa for a family visit for 4 nights. the staff was exceptional, providing friendly and stellar service. the hotel's art deco European decor is lovely, and the rooftop offers great views. the location was perfect for seeing family and exploring the city. the lobby bar with live piano added a fun touch to our evenings. Everything was well-appointed and new, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, nearby dining options like PINKY's offered affordable breakfast choices. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

Staff helped me plan evenings. Perfect for me with free Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, fitness centre. I find everything I need here, including bar, restaurant, and relaxing massages. Coming back for romantic escape. No smoking, pets allowed, air conditioning, and wheelchair access make it exceptional.

The staff was super helpful and friendly! the hotel had a beautiful ambiance and decor, creating a cozy atmosphere. Also, having an ice maker and refrigerator in the room was a nice touch for keeping drinks cold during my stay.

The pool was a major letdown, more like a shallow pond than a proper pool. Additionally, the lack of warning about noisy parties and construction during my visit was disappointing, making it hard to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel.
