The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city and visit all the Roman sites. The room, especially the Junior Suite, was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom. The staff at the reception were friendly and resolved a misunderstanding promptly.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ilunion for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring the city's major sites. The foyer of the hotel is inviting and serves as the central focus for the bar and restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large, well-appointed bathroom. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel is ideally situated for visiting the incredible Roman ruins nearby.

hotel ilunion merida palace exceeded our expectations during our recent stay in merida this summer. the room and facilities were spectacular, the staff charming and the location excellent. we loved the gorgeous public areas and the superb decor. everything was spotlessly clean and we appreciated the hotel's attitude towards disabilities.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, right in the busiest square of the city. It is within easy walking distance of all the ancient monuments and attractions, making it very convenient for exploring. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The service provided by the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a good variety of options and is a great way to start the day. The view from the hotel, especially from the rooms overlooking the square, is stunning.

One negative aspect I noticed during my stay was the understaffing in certain areas, which resulted in longer wait times for check-in, check-out, and car return. However, this did not significantly affect the overall experience at the hotel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like

The hotel offers a very comfortable bed, good-sized rooms, and a lovely view over the plaza. The surrounding area has many restaurants, making dining options abundant. The taxi rank on the corner of the plaza makes getting around the area easy. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring with lots to see and do.

The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortably large, while staff is friendly and highly supportive. Enjoy a high-quality breakfast and set lunch in the stunning foyer, while valet parking is easily accessible. Stay more than one night, visit the memorials of this enchanting town and have an amazing experience.

During my visit, there were some painting works taking place, so unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the patio/bar area as much as I wanted to.

The hotel's location in the center of town was perfect, surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes. With a taxi rank just around the corner, getting around was a breeze. Plus, there were plenty of attractions to explore within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the half board option was definitely worth considering. The breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel even took care of parking and retrieving our car when needed.

We had a great experience staying at Ilunion Mérida Palace. The location was perfect, close to the center of the city and all the main attractions. The staff was kind and professional, always ready to help. We enjoyed the Roman Week event and had the chance to experience the daily habits of the ancient Romans. The hotel itself was comfortable and the beds, although a bit too soft for our taste, provided a good night's sleep. we would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in a beautiful city.

Our room was beautifully decorated with a nod to the hotel's historic past. The rooftop pool was refreshing and offered stunning views of the surrounding architecture. The surrounding Roman ruins were just a short walk away. a charming place to stay.

Our Christmas stay was perfect with the centrally located hotel being a great base to explore the town. the staff was superbly friendly and helpful throughout the stay, making our experience an outstanding one. We were pleasantly surprised by the gymnasium which was a bonus feature of the hotel. the complimentary car parking arranged by the hotel was much appreciated, particularly during a busy holiday season.

A luxurious stay without breaking the bank. We were pleased with the exclusive amenities, such as the stunning rooftop pool and the leisure room. Plus, the in-room breakfast was an indulgence worth the extra expenditure. the garden area was a beautiful and serene escape in the middle of the city.
