The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a wide range of options. The shower, although small, had all the necessary amenities. The hotel also had a spa with saunas, jacuzzi, and a pool. The rooms were modern, clean, and had useful amenities like a kettle and iron.

We loved this place! It's a great location a little further out of the city center, but still easy to reach by public transport. The service was amazing, from room service to housekeeping, they made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was superb and had many amenities, including an ironing facility, air conditioning, and mini-bar. We especially enjoyed the terrace with garden furniture and the soundproofed rooms. The spa and wellness center was everything we needed for complete relaxation.

The breakfast in the restaurant is wonderful, offering a wide range of options for a delicious start to the day. I loved the peaceful and quiet location, away from the tourist crowds in Helsinki. The hotel had bicycles available for use, which was absolutely awesome for exploring the great biking trails nearby. Being in direct touch with nature was a great experience.

The facilities at Valo Hotel & Work were absolutely stunning. From the moment I entered, I was blown away by the beautiful decor and design. The room itself was clean and had a lovely ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bedding added an extra touch of luxury. I also appreciated the toiletries provided by the hotel, as they smelled amazing.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the amazing spa zone and the well-equipped gym. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

There were some concerns with regards to the facilities. Families with children are not given enough time to enjoy the spa, which can be overcrowded during peak hours, and the dressing rooms need more space to accommodate everybody.

The room was quite cramped and difficult to move around in. the view from the window wasn't great either, with not much to look at except for other buildings.
