I had a fantastic experience staying at this beautiful new property. The rooms were well designed and the lobby was very nice. The staff at the front desk were friendly and provided great service. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of choices. The hotel is located in a prime location, making it easy to walk to all the major highlights of the city. There are also plenty of interesting eateries nearby. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location, with easy access to the airport via the EA-busstop and within walking distance of the city center and Triana. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and had a small terrace with a view of the main street. The staff was very helpful and gave great tips for sightseeing, even helping to book tickets and skip the line at Alcazar.

The pillows were too soft, and the fridge in the room produced excessive heat inside the wardrobe.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay in this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with many options available, including smoothies and cakes. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the major attractions. We also enjoyed the view from our room, which overlooked a lovely side street.

The walls in the hallway were unpainted and made a poor first impression upon arrival. , there was an issue with humidity in our room, and we had to keep the window open during our entire stay to combat it.
