the hotel, Fergus Club Palmanova Park, provided excellent value for the price we paid. the food options were plentiful, with three major meals offered in the restaurant, as well as snacks available at the pool bar. the pools were lovely, although we had to wake up early to secure sunbeds due to the high number of guests. the staff at the hotel were dedicated and efficient, always at their posts and attentive to suggestions. the bar staff did a great job in maintaining a harmonious and family-friendly environment, refusing to serve those who displayed unacceptable behavior. the variety of food was fantastic, with plenty of options for those with dietary requirements. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had a great location with a 15-minute walk to the beach and plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. The meals, especially breakfast and dinner, were excellent with a variety of dishes to choose from. The pools were well-maintained and enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at a well-located, clean hotel with an excellent choice of food. The buffet may not have been very big, but everything was good to very good. The hotel is also conveniently close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk away. The animations provided were enjoyable, and each participant received free WiFi. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday at this hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. the buffet restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, with different options each day. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and close to shops and restaurants. Another advantage was the daily entertainment, which included fun activities and shows for the whole family to enjoy. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel for a Christmas getaway.

Some of the entertainment was in a language we didn't understand, which made it difficult to get involved. Furthermore, some of the staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. Additionally, the room was a bit small and lacked storage space for our belongings.
