The hotel was immaculate and in a convenient location with free parking. The spa was a great escape. So grateful for the lifeguard who saved me from drowning in the pool.

I had to sell my car to afford lunch and the prawns were a disgrace. And they had the nerve to charge me extra for a late check-out.

I recently stayed in a fantastic prestige suite during my solo trip. The suite had two floors and a private rooftop hot tub, providing breathtaking views of the beautiful sunset in the morning. The location was perfect, with the hotel being situated near the marina and the famous "munchie mile" full of amazing restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I also enjoyed the better sun loungers and seating area by the pool.

The lack of activities at night, but a short stroll into town or a quick cab ride to the larger towns easily solved that issue.

Great location and beautiful layout. Room was spacious and well-equipped with a cot for our child. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with the option of fresh-cooked items. The staff at reception were wonderful and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet location, yet only a 10-minute stroll along the promenade to bars and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and the beds and linens of high quality. The staff were cheerful and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive, offering a wide range of options. The pool areas were great, and the hotel's spa facilities were a nice bonus. The hotel's location next to the sea provided stunning views.

While the hotel provided excellent service, the additional charges for using the gym and spa facilities were excessive and somewhat disappointing.

We had an indulgent stay in this hotel, with luxurious amenities that met all our needs. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and state-of-the-art treatment rooms. The outdoor swimming pool was also impressive, with beautiful beach umbrellas and sun loungers, and the sun terrace was ideal for sunbathing. We enjoyed the spa lounge, steam room, and Turkish bath. The seasonal outdoor pool area was lovely, and the garden area was tranquil. There was live entertainment and a range of spa treatments, including body wraps, massage, manicure, facial, and pedicure. The location was perfect, with easy beach access and stunning views.

While we had a wonderful time, there was one minor issue that we encountered. We were disappointed to discover that the private facilities such as make-up services and some treatments were exclusive to certain rooms, and not included in our package.

Great facilities with a fantastic breakfast selection that tasted tremendous! The staff was very polite, accommodating, and attentive without being intrusive. The location was a key aspect since it made it easy to access other places in the area.

The food quality at the pool was lacking, and the cocktails were too sweet. There seemed to be a shortage of staff, which led to delays in service, and the pool towel situation was a bit excessive.

had a wonderful romantic weekend in Santa Eularia des Riu and Insotel exceeded our expectations. Spacious suite, comfortable bed, and excellent service. The pool was beautiful and breakfast had a wide variety of options. A great stay!
