I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. This place is located in a quiet residential area, but it only takes a couple of minutes to go down to the city center. The hotel staff were welcoming and gave excellent service in all departments. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed, from air conditioning to a mini-bar. I also enjoyed the beautiful terrace with garden furniture, where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast and had a variety of dining options for all tastes.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaizkibel. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. the breakfast was excellent with a great choice and freshly fried eggs and omelettes. the hotel is located in a quiet residential area, which was perfect for us as it was only a 7-minute walk to the center of town. the room was spacious and had air conditioning, and we also enjoyed dining at the excellent hotel restaurant. we had a fantastic experience in the incredibly beautiful town of Hondarribia.

We stayed at Jaizkibel for a few days and had a great time. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town and the old part. The outdoor escalator down to the town was brilliant. The beds were comfortable and the buffet breakfast had a wide choice of foods. The restaurant had excellent choices and well-priced wine. The staff were low-key but very helpful when needed. The secure underground parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the centre of town. It's within walking distance to restaurants and the beautiful harbour. The rooms are spacious and well decorated, with comfortable beds and a balcony with mountain views. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers a good selection of food.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner, but the staff kindly offered us a snack in the bar. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of options. The hotel's location away from the bustling downtown area provided a peaceful and restful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the rooms were immaculately clean and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the charming old town and the beautiful waterfront. We loved being surrounded by nature and even spotted some cute birds outside our window. the free Wi-Fi was great for planning our activities and the breakfast spread was delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't find any major faults. the only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been a swimming pool to cool off in after a day of exploring.
