The value for money was excellent, with a comfortable room and great location just off the main city avenue and metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay at this hotel.

It is conveniently situated between two metro stops, making transportation easy. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. the breakfast offered at the next door restaurant is delicious, providing a great start to the day.

One downside is that the walls are not soundproof, so noise from neighboring rooms may be heard.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the attractions as everything was within a short walk. the breakfast at the nearby cafe for only €6 per person was a great deal.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom that permeated throughout the room. Despite our request for a different room, the receptionist was unable to accommodate us due to the hotel being fully booked.

Our room was quiet, with fast wifi and a perfect bathroom. the cleaning staff was friendly and the price was great! the location was ideal, within walking distance of famous tourist spots, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. the hotel staff were professional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even finding us a quieter room. We highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful staff.

Stayed at a hotel in a central location with plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. Perfect for families with kids as it is situated in a secure area. the hotel itself is in a quiet spot, ensuring a peaceful stay without any noise disturbance. the staff were incredibly friendly and well-organized. We loved the convenience of having everything we needed within reach, including coffee shops, tapas, grocery stores, and even a train station. Plus, there were numerous museums and landmarks within walking distance. the rooms, though basic, were impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, each representing a different country. a great experience at Jc Rooms Jardines.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the city centre. It's just off the Gran Via metro stop, making it incredibly convenient for exploring this city.

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and patient, giving me great advice on exploring the city and getting to the airport. The rooms were beautifully designed and the hotel was kept very clean. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a nearby tavern with multiple options to choose from. The free WiFi was reliable and there were complimentary drinks available every day. The hotel's location in a pedestrian zone was perfect for exploring the city and visiting historical sites.

While the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the air conditioning was not properly adjustable, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

It was just a short walk to the metro stations, restaurants, bars, and stores. the room itself was incredibly comfortable and had everything I needed. It was also kept very clean, and I appreciated the free water provided every day during the bedroom cleanup. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, and I loved that they offered a luggage storage service for free.

Convenient access to all tourist spots by foot, good public transport links. Polite, helpful staff. Spacious, quiet rooms. Unique interior design representing different countries. Interesting perk of a free minibar with water and Coke.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Jc Rooms Jardines. the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, close to everything we needed. the interior was interesting, with each room themed after a different country. Our room, the Oman room, was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely smell. the shower was outstanding, with no leaks whatsoever. the towels were clean and fresh, and we appreciated the daily refill of the fridge with bottles of water. the staff at the reception desk provided great help and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. a fantastic experience.
