During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the stunning interior design and beautiful outside spaces. The decoration throughout the hotel is amazing, creating a visually pleasing and luxurious atmosphere. the hotel's location in the historic area of La Laguna was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. the view from the roof was truly spectacular, offering a great vantage point to admire the surroundings.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the check-in process felt lengthy and bureaucratic, causing unnecessary stress after a tiring day of traveling.

Additionally, the hotel housed the Michelin restaurant Nub. The location was perfect, right in the center of the old city with plenty of restaurants, shops, and pedestrian streets to explore.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. We noticed dust and dirt in the rooms and hallways even after the cleaning staff had done their work.

We had a great time here! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic district. The service was excellent, with room service and car hire available. Housekeeping and laundry were also top-notch. Our room had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities.
