We loved everything about our stay at this hotel! The location in the middle of the old town was perfect for us as backpackers. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped, even providing coffee and tea facilities. The reserved parking at a discounted rate was a great bonus. And of course, the rooftop bar had a phenomenal view.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay, with no complaints at all.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views from our room at Lasala Plaza. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all that the city has to offer. The modern and comfortable room was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's renovation of the building was impressive, and we loved the contemporary design of the common spaces and the rooftop terrace. The staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed having the convenience of a restaurant and bar right in the hotel.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, which was a great way to start the day. the rooftop views were amazing and a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

There were a couple of downsides. the check-in process was a bit slow and our room wasn't ready until later in the afternoon.

Our stay at Lasala Plaza was perfect, with a great location and helpful guide in the room. Although we struggled with parking, the nearby clinic was very convenient. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Lasala Plaza! The location was perfect, with traditional restaurants and pintxo bars just a stone's throw away. Despite being in the heart of everything, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and offered amazing views of La Concha. The staff were attentive, the room had modern amenities, and we couldn't have asked for more. Muchas gracias!

The location was somewhat problematic on the weekends due to nearby events, which made it difficult to access with taxis. the TV in the room did not offer any channels that were worthwhile, and it was not possible to connect to streaming services.
