My recent stay at Alexandre Hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to all the attractions. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. One thing that stood out was the stunning wooden furniture in the lounge and bar area. It added a touch of elegance to the whole experience. The spa was also a great feature, providing a relaxing getaway. The food at the hotel was delicious, although it could have had a bit more variety. I had a lovely and peaceful holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We also appreciated the adults-only roof terrace for some relaxation. the buffet food was really good, contrary to some negative reviews we read. the location was perfect, with a short walk to nearby shopping and bars, yet quiet enough to escape the noise. our experience exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back.

Great beach proximity, beautiful swimming pool with abundant flowers. Plenty of activities including billiards and children's entertainment. Enjoyable night shows for both kids and adults. Conveniently close to shopping center, with a short drive to Siam mall.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a vibrant and busy area. The location was perfect, with the beach just a few meters away and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel relaxed and welcome throughout our stay. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, which were spacious and equipped with a TV and English channels. The pool garden was a cozy and peaceful spot, offering a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle.

The hotel was a bit expensive considering the amenities provided. However, the overall experience was worth it for the great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us as it was right in the center of all the action in Playa de las Americas. The hotel offers daily room cleaning, although the bed sheets could have been cleaner. it was a good hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms.

The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom. the pool was big and safe for children, with a maximum depth of 1.4m. the hotel had a games room with affordable games for just €1. the staff were friendly and the room was cleaned daily at a convenient time. the hotel's location was perfect, with cheap restaurants nearby offering meals for as little as €6. the hotel was also close to excursion places, making it easy to explore and experience the local area.

The fees for the mini fridge and Wi-Fi were expensive, especially considering that we didn't use the fridge and the Wi-Fi only covered one device. It would have been better if the bathroom was supervised so parents could have some free time.
