Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful surroundings, great pool, and restaurant. Room size was perfect, no view but beautiful outside. Pool and jacuzzi well-kept, with towels provided. Free bicycles for exercise. Breakfast credit covered most of the bill. Updated and nicely decorated rooms.

We had a wonderful family vacation at a beautiful resort surrounded by stunning vineyards. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable stay for our family. The resort offered an impressive pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after exploring the nearby wineries. We also enjoyed the convenience of having pool towels and a Keurig coffee machine in our room. The resort even provided bicycles, allowing us to start our mornings with an invigorating ride. The breakfast credit provided covered most of our bill and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

While the resort had many amenities, we would have appreciated the addition of pool umbrellas for some shade.

This hotel is a luxurious and beautiful venue that offered exclusive amenities. The service was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch. The Swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Outdoor swimming pool were well kept, providing a serene atmosphere. The Body scrub and Full body massage were rejuvenating, and the Spa lounge was exceptional. The Garden area provided a beautiful view, and the Restaurant offered delicious meals that catered to special diet menus. The private facilities were outstanding and provided maximum privacy. This hotel fulfilled most of my luxurious needs.

The location was not favorable as there was noise from nearby places, and the Head massage was not up to my expectations. However, the Heated swimming pool, Sun loungers and the Bar/ Lounge area offered a relaxed atmosphere.

The slow service was a real downer during our New Year's stay. Wait times for anything, from ordering drinks to receiving our meals, were far too long.

The location was perfect, close to wineries and easy to get to. The resort was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was spacious and well-decorated. The breakfast provided a great value with the 400 pesos credit. I highly recommend Ojo Azul Resort.
