We were delighted with our stay at Lago Garden Apart-Suites & Spa. The beautiful surroundings, including the gardens, pools, and pool bars, created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, adding to the overall experience. The staff was friendly and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the delicious food served at the hotel. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread and the variety of options available. The location was convenient, with a short and pleasant walk to the public beach. The hotel's spa facilities were impressive, providing a range of treatments and relaxation areas. We were also pleasantly surprised with the personal touches, like a bottle of wine left in our room, which made our stay even more special.

While our stay was overall enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. We found it a bit challenging to locate the hotel when we arrived late at night.

Our recent stay at this hotel was a memorable experience for us. The spa centre was also a highlight, making our stay unique and enjoyable. The location advantages were the cherry on top, as it had quick access to nearby beaches.

Although the hotel exceeded our expectations, we did encounter one minor issue, and that was some of the staff’s professionalism lacked a little. We felt that the restaurant service was too slow, and at times we had to ask for items multiple times.

The sitting room in our room was a comfortable place to relax after a long day of exploring. The location away from the hustle and bustle was peaceful and serene. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for activities in the area. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The room was spacious and cozy with a comfortable bed. The gardens are absolutely stunning, with beautiful landscaped areas to relax and enjoy the sun. The pools are amazing, especially the heated one. The spa and gym facilities were also great, giving us the opportunity to relax and stay active during our stay.

We were disappointed that we had to pay extra for Wi-fi and for using the safe. , there wasn't always enough staff to provide a 5 star level of service.

I absolutely loved my stay at this jungle-heaven hotel in Cala Ratjada! The larger suite with a jacuzzi and terrace was amazing. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, especially the oysters. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful in guiding us around the area. I can't wait to return!
