We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Mombasa. The executive room was spacious and well-maintained. The room attendant, David, was attentive and provided fantastic service. The ambiance of the hotel was pleasing to the eyes.

The reception area needs improvement, as the front desk team lacked customer service training and took a long time to check in guests. The area was also uncomfortably hot, and the installation of AC would greatly enhance the check-in process.

We loved the location of this venue situated right by the ocean. It was impressive to see the city centre and beach at the same place. The service was excellent, from the welcome drink to the room service and laundry. The facilities were outstanding, we especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The spa centre was amazing with treatments like body wraps, waxing and massages. The garden and sun terrace were beautiful with beach umbrellas provided for our relaxation.

We recommend this hotel to everyone, and we are satisfied with the services provided.

This hotel is in a great location, not far from the airport and next to the beach. The view from the infinity pool is breathtaking, with a picturesque scene of Mombasa Old Town and Fort Jesus across the channel. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options. the hotel has multiple on-site restaurants with cuisines from different nations.

The internet in the rooms is poor.

I recently stayed at English Point Marina & Spa for a few days and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff, including Dorris at reception, were exceptional and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The Sunset Lounge and Indian restaurant were both amazing, with delicious food and great service. I also had a wonderful experience at the spa, which was incredibly relaxing. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the view from my suite was breathtaking. a perfect stay. Can't wait to come back in August!

The complementary popcorn and hot chocolate were a nice touch. the hotel's proximity to the beach was extremely convenient, and we enjoyed being able to walk to the shore. the sunrise view from our room was breathtaking.

The food lacked flavor and tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. the staff also seemed overwhelmed and kept forgetting our requests.
