This hotel is a hidden gem in the city center, nestled between four metro stations, making it a convenient base for exploring. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, ensuring an enjoyable stay. The rooms may be compact, but they are thoughtfully designed with air conditioning and all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. What sets this hotel apart is the extraordinary view of the Plaza de las Cortes from select rooms, allowing guests to wake up to a stunning cityscape. And the best part? Breakfast is included, providing great value for money.

The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room, complete with a huge bed and plenty of pillows. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance to popular attractions and a beautiful park. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the little extra touches like complimentary snacks made me feel right at home.

I was pleasantly surprised by the unique clock across the street from the hotel. It played Beethoven's Ode to Joy and had mechanical figures that moved along with the music. The location was fantastic, with a view of the Prado museum from my window. The staff were extremely helpful, even going the extra mile to call the airline for me. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at a B&B called La Pepa Chic during my recent trip to Madrid. It was a wonderful experience. The B&B's location was fantastic, with the Prado and other major art museums just a short walk away. We even strolled to the Palacio Real in just 30-40 minutes. The area was also filled with great restaurants. The staff at La Pepa Chic were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of information about the area and recommending excellent places to eat and visit. The bed was comfortable, the linen was of good quality, and the online support through WhatsApp was quick and efficient. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the nearby coffee place was absolutely delicious. we felt comfortable and would choose La Pepa Chic again if we return to Madrid.

Additionally, the hotel provides free drinks like beer, orange juice, and secco, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Great complementary coffee and breakfast. Perfect location for exploring the city, walking distance to key attractions and sights. Being able to relax in a cozy bed after a long day out exploring was definitely a plus.

The noise level was pretty high in our room, making it difficult to sleep. The temperature control was a bit of an issue, the room was stuffy and hot despite adjusting the A/C.
