While the location was fantastic with quick access to JBR and Burj Khalifa, my stay was marred by dampness and unresponsive staff. The cleanliness was ok, but my room felt dark and uncomfortable. Internet issues and cold bathroom water left much to be desired. Care is needed to ensure a better stay experience here.

i had a great stay at time oak hotel & suites! the location is convenient, just a short walk to the metro. the staff was exceptional, responding quickly to my requests. the breakfast offered a nice variety each morning, which really started my day off right.

the rooms felt a bit outdated but were still comfy.

Some furniture is a bit worn, and appliances in the kitchen didn't function properly upon arrival!!! Check-in wasn't smooth, with a lengthy wait and confusion about room bookings. Improve on the efficiency here!!!

i thought this would be a luxurious stay, but instead, i found outdated rooms and a sketchy checkout incident at 4 am! after that terrifying experience, you'd think they'd offer a complimentary upgrade, but no, just blankets of indifference. even the pool was neglected. i almost wrote a nice review, but just couldn’t.

The pool is perfect for tanning and the relaxing vibe made it even better. Very clean and well-maintained rooms enhanced my stay. I loved how they accommodated my room switch without any hassle.

Loved the super spacious room and the cool pool vibes! The gym was great for a quick workout too. Room service had delicious meals, especially the calamari! My favorite part was the easy access to the metro for exploring nearby attractions.

I had an amazing 3-night stay! The room was spotless with a delightful scent, and the pool was relaxing. Although the laundry service was a bit slow, I’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay was excellent, with a fantastic breakfast that everyone enjoyed, and the swimming pool was a hit with the kids. The spacious suite had everything we needed, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our six-night adventure.

My wife says that having more dining options for families would be great.
