This place suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, bar/lounge area, and beach access. The staff helped me with taxi tips on my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying the rooftop bar. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The toasters are poorly placed between coffee machines, leading to a bizarre breakfast experience!!! Also, I couldn't get a towel after check-out for a shower. Small items like this could really improve the guest experience!!!

the junior suite was an absoluteley misleading joke, with a bathroom sink practically in the living space. waiting on the elevator is a torturous experience, only to be greeted by an overworked staff lacking basic supplies at breakfast. i expected a complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience, but alas, i woudl ve been treated like any other guest. just couldn’t leave a good review.

las arenas is conveniently located just a short taxi ride from the airport and is close to the center of palma. we loved our junior suite with a stunning sea view. the breakfast selection was fantastic, and the rooftop pool offered amazing views. However, the lack of power outlets in the room is inconvenient and the swimming pool could use more sunlight throughout the day.
