What a gem of a place! The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We were thrilled with the central location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. One thing we particularly loved was the large bathroom, which was well-appointed and provided a luxurious experience. And let's not forget about the umbrellas provided for the rainy days, a thoughtful touch. we had a fantastic stay at this hotel.

While our stay was wonderful, there was one minor drawback. We would have loved to have some tea or coffee in the room for convenience.

Great value for money, the 1 bedroom suite was fantastic with a generous bedroom and bathroom. The location was excellent, right next to the old town, beach, and railway station. The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful with ideas and advice.

More breakfast items variety would make it better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a spotless apartment and a big bathroom with an excellent shower. The hotel facilities were great, with a kitchen and a washing machine in our apartment. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town and in close proximity to La Concha beach and the "Old Town". We were surrounded by amazing pintxo bars, with many of them right beside the hotel. The staff, especially Hugo, were incredibly helpful, attending to all our requests with a smile.

The hotel was modern and comfortable with spacious rooms and a good shower. The location was perfect, right next to the amazing pintxo bars and close to the main beaches. Parking was available in the nearby city garage. A great choice for a budget traveler.

This hotel was in the perfect location, right on the edge of the old part of the city and in a great neighborhood. The staff was excellent and the rooms were comfortable, with plenty of space for all. I particularly enjoyed the big bathroom and excellent shower.

I had an excellent stay at a really nice place. The one-bedroom apartment made a big difference in my comfort for a three-night stay. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great. I loved the tall windows with shades and the balconies off each window. The location was also fantastic, not too far from the train station and close to the beach and old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city center, just a short walk from the Old Town and all the amazing Pintxos bars. You can easily explore the area by foot and soak up the vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are stylish and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms.

Occasionally, there may be some noise from other guests in the hallway, but it's not a major disturbance.

The value for the money was a bit steep, but we were satisfied with the lovely, spacious room, comfy beds, and great shower at the hotel. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the charming old town and its pintxos bars. The staff treated us warmly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
