The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and comfortable rooms. The huge balcony was definitely a highlight, complete with sunbeds and table/chairs. The outdoor shower was a fantastic touch for cooling down on hot days. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of comfy sun loungers and towels provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was continually restocked, offering a good selection of continental options. It was also great to see the staff enforcing the no-reserving sunbeds rule.

The lack of manned reception at times, which meant other staff members had to fill in. Parking was limited and could pose a problem.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for a great stay. the value for money was excellent - we got so much more than we paid for. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the clean and well-maintained rooms to the basic amenities provided. Secondly, the location was perfect for us. Situated on the outskirts of town, we enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing stay just a stone's throw away from the beach. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of our personal requirements were met. We particularly loved the rooms with the patio outside the window, offering a lovely view of the surrounding terraces. And the breakfast served with prosecco was a delightful start to our day, although we wish there had been more fruit options included in the rate.

The hotel was surrounded by beautiful gardens, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a fridge. The breakfast spread was plentiful, offering a range of options. We also enjoyed relaxing by the picturesque pool area.

The treatment by the pool attendant was not consistent for all guests.

We had an amazing thanksgiving at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful beach and many great restaurants. The pool area was one of the best aspects of our stay, very relaxing and clean. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the fact that the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and parking.

While we loved our stay, the one downside was that the hotel was a bit noisy at night. We could hear some construction noise from nearby, but it wasn't too bad.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in a quiet area outside the main town, but still within walking distance of all the local amenities. Not to mention, it was really close to a beautiful beach. The room we stayed in was a lovely Junior Suite with a sea view and a large balcony. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and we especially enjoyed the made-to-order eggs.

There were some noise issues from the other rooms that we could hear through the walls, such as banging and talking.

My partner and I stayed at Los Arcos in Nerja for a week. The hotel was fantastic - the pool area was never crowded, the rooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities like a fridge and kettle. The breakfast was delicious and the happy hour at the bar was a nice bonus. Despite being on the main road, it was surprisingly quiet at night. We loved it so much that we actually returned for another stay after a week in the mountains.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities, including a safe, fridge, and even a small lounge area. The highlight was the balcony, which had sun loungers and a table with chairs, offering a beautiful view of the pool. I also appreciated the convenient parking options available and the proximity of a large supermarket. Despite being a bit far from the Balcon de Europa, it was an easy walk with plenty of dining options along the way. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful accommodations and enjoyable stay.

We loved the peaceful and calm atmosphere of the hotel, especially around the pool area. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms and common spaces were spotlessly clean, just as described on the website. The hotel also provided swimming pool towels, a big balcony with seating, and a fantastic restaurant with a wide selection of meals, including smaller options at a reduced rate.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
