We had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore the shops and amenities in the area. The hotel itself was very well-maintained and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were impressed with the level of service provided, from room service to car hire. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping our room clean and comfortable.

Excellent staff and facilities. Beautiful and clean room. Centrally located with easy access to train station and bus pick up. Helpful front desk and efficient waitstaff. Tasty and well-presented 5-course meals. Extensive breakfast buffet with omelet bar. Great spa with heated beds and pool.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the main attractions and public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable and slow, which was frustrating when trying to stay connected or get work done. Additionally, the distance to the nearest lift was a bit of a walk, although the ski bus did stop right outside the hotel, which made it more convenient.
