We were pleasantly surprised by the charming exterior of the hotel, resembling a historic house. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing the comfort we expected from a 3-star hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the convenience of having Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. The location in the old town of Segovia made sightseeing a breeze.

The hotel was great - an easy walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar. The location was very convenient, putting many attractions within reasonable walking distance. The rooms had a lovely view of the Iglesia de la Vera Cruz and the surrounding hills. The breakfast was truly excellent, with a huge array of good quality food and a nice selection.

The hotel had great gluten-free bread for breakfast and the staff were incredibly accommodating when we asked for hot water for tea. The location was ideal for exploring the old city as everything was within walking distance. , the bed was very comfortable and made it easy to get a good night's sleep.

The room was a bit noisy at times, and we had to change rooms due to one window not opening and the room being too hot. the shower was broken and only had a handheld option, which made it difficult to use.

This hotel has a great location high on the hill, between the main attractions and the old town centre. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were good. The rooms had a little terrace to enjoy the views, including some with a great view. Breakfast was not included but prices were good.
