The apartment was beautifully clean and appointed with everything you need. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and well-informed. They went above and beyond to accommodate our food allergies and helped us with reservations and choosing destinations. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to museums and the main square. The concept of having a kitchenette/living/dining space was a great advantage, and the amenities and facilities were excellent.

Had a minor issue with the sauna system, but the front desk was quick to resolve it.

Casa Da Galeria - Azores Art Of Hosting exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even going above and beyond to hold our luggage and arrange an airport transfer for us. the room was extremely comfortable, with great temperature control and a comfortable bed for a solid night's sleep. the shower had excellent water pressure and the bathroom products felt luxurious. the location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the charming old town and narrow streets. the breakfast served directly to the room was plentiful and delicious, starting our days off on the right foot.

As a group of friends, we loved the well-designed modern hotel with an art gallery on the ground floor. The rooms were spacious and not cramped, with a full kitchen that was well-equipped. The location was very central, with great restaurants and shops nearby. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful and nice, making our stay pleasant. The daily breakfast served in our room was delicious and had a few optional items to choose from. The hotel also had a small pool on the roof, as well as a steam room and sauna. Casa Da Galeria provided excellent facilities and amenities for our group.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this place. the service was top-notch and the staff treated us like family. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They even helped us park our car in the tight garage! the apartment itself was luxurious, with a dining area, king size bed, TV area, and a well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the daily housekeeping and the delicious breakfast that was delivered to our door. the location was perfect, right in the city center. this hidden gem exceeded all our expectations and we feel lucky to have found it.

They were helpful with every aspect of our stay, from providing information about the area to assisting with reservations and even helping with our rental car. the superior studio room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. the amenities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the options for different lighting in the room. the location of the apartment was perfect, within walking distance to all the sights and restaurants in Ponta Delgada. We also appreciated the convenience of the breakfast service, with the option for a breakfast-to-go on our early departure day. we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Casa Da Galeria.

We got great value for our money at Casa Da Galeria - Azores Art Of Hosting. The room was fantastic, new, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The breakfast offerings could have been more varied.

Loved the personal approach by the staff and the great service. the location was perfect and the breakfast options were great. the apartment had a thoughtful design, with wood interiors and lots of light. the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax. the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There was not much space to dry wet clothes and towels in the room, which was a bit challenging for a family of four. there seemed to be a mismanagement in regards to providing enough toilet paper rolls during the stay.

My husband and I booked a stay at Casa Da Galeria to celebrate his 50th birthday, and it was an excellent decision. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were soft and clean. One of the highlights was the delicious, fresh breakfast delivered to our room every morning. The owners even arranged a birthday cake for my husband, which was a lovely touch. The staff, Nicole and Catarina, were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our inquiries. The hotel also had public amenities like a gym and terrace, which we found very convenient. We were very pleased with our stress-free and enjoyable stay at Casa Da Galeria, and we even received a small, thoughtful farewell gift. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

It was the perfect accommodation for two families with kids. the layout of the rooms was ideal, with a separate space for a crib that didn't interfere with the living area or bedroom. the staff went above and beyond, assisting us with car rentals, sightseeing tickets, and even providing packaged foods. the amenities were top-notch, including a high chair and baby bathtub in the room. the central location in Ponta Delgada was also a major plus. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast delivered to our room each morning. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Sao Miguel.
