The location was perfect, right in the center and near three metro lines. It was so convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The staff were exceptional, always helpful and friendly. They made sure I had everything I needed and were very cordial. The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel also offered a variety of services, from room service to laundry, which made my stay even more convenient. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I recently stayed at Hotel Infantas By Mij for a week and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The spacious rooms, especially the large bathroom, were impressive. The staff was exceptional, always helpful, professional, and friendly. What amazed me the most was the great value for money. Considering how cheap it was compared to other hotels in the city, this will be my go-to hotel for future trips.

The two complementary facts offered were nice. I liked that the staff was helpful and always available, especially to give recommendations about what to do and see in the area. the location was spot on, with proximity to many restaurants, shops, and public transportation. the best aspect of this hotel was the view from the room - it was breathtaking.

The worst aspects of the hotel were the malfunctioning AC and the overpowering smell of cleaning agents. the AC did not work properly during my entire stay, which made the room unbearable at times.

It's also just a stone's throw away from all the major tourist attractions in the city center, as well as being close to the airport express bus stop. The hotel boasts comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms, delicious breakfast, and impeccable service, with staff who go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are equipped with great amenities, such as high-speed wifi and toiletries.

The hotel's windows are not soundproof, which could be problematic for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise.

The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, just a few minutes' walk from the airport shuttle bus. We appreciated the helpful recommendations from the staff for things to do in Madrid beyond the usual tourist spots. The room was comfortable, and the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast at Hotel Infantas By Mij was fantastic with a variety of delicious choices. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Cibeles and close to the city center. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
