The hotel is located in a quiet area, with stunning views of the mountains from the rooms with large terraces. It is also conveniently located right next to a tram stop that takes you to the center of the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. Breakfast had a good hot food selection.

The hotel is conveniently located near various attractions such as the castle on the hill, the Plaza shopping centre, and the ruins of Santa Barbara castle. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is decent. The pool area is also enjoyable.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for me as it was just outside the main tourist area. It was nice and quiet, with not many bars or restaurants close by, which I actually liked. Plus, it was conveniently situated near the tram station, making it easy for me to explore the city without any hassle. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a double bed and a sofa. I was lucky to have a room with a view and a big balcony, which was a lovely bonus. Lastly, the breakfast at this hotel was fantastic. The coffee was good, and there were plenty of options to choose from, although I do wish they had more healthy choices. But overall, the breakfast was included in the price of the stay, which was a great value for money.

The breakfast had a good variety and was complemented by great views. The comfortable beds were definitely a plus. In terms of location, this hotel was well situated for both accessing public transport and walking distance to key destinations.

The elevators experienced long waits during peak times, which made checking out a stressful experience. the noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive to our sleep and made it difficult to maintain privacy.

One major downside was the difficulty in getting a sun lounger by the pool. People would leave their towels on them all day, making it impossible for others to enjoy the outdoor facilities.

Nothing everything was great.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk or tram ride away from all the amenities of the city. Plus, it was so convenient to have a bus stop nearby for the C6 route to the airport. The hotel itself had comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the view from the room was breathtaking. The facilities, like the shopping center and castle nearby, were an added advantage.

I did have a slight issue with the noise disturbance caused by a loud group of children during my stay.

had a wonderful stay in alicante, and Maya made it even better! The lovely staff went above and beyond, the clean and spacious rooms were a delight, and the beach and local bars were within walking distance. Breakfast was tasty and the view was lovely.
