We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Medano in the heart of Medano. the location couldn't be better, right in the middle of town with beautiful sea views. the staff, including the manager, were incredibly helpful, polite, and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a phone call about a valuable item we had left behind in the room. the hotel's honest policy and excellent service made us feel at ease. the nearby restaurants served delicious food, and the safe and clean sea-front offered breathtaking walks. the free Wi-Fi with good coverage was also a bonus.

There was one unfortunate incident that marred my experience. During the night, there was a lot of noise in the corridor caused by young children running and shouting until the early hours of the morning.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was amazing - right by the sea. I loved having breakfast on the terrace and being able to go for a swim in the sea just steps away.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was fantastic! the quality of the food was amazing and the selection was impressive. Staff were friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and had a balcony with a stunning view of the ocean. Location was perfect, right by the beach and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. the entertainment was great, providing a festive atmosphere.

The noise levels at night were a bit high, coming from the nearby bars and restaurants. the hot food could have been warmer.
