The hotel was a bit far from the town center, making it inconvenient to walk there. there was a church nearby which had bells ringing for over an hour until 10pm.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with interesting nearby attractions such as a beautiful church and a picturesque coastline. The pub also offered entertainment on Saturday evenings, with a local amateur brass band attempting to play music until around midnight. Additionally, the beer garden provided a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with mirrors appearing as if they had never been cleaned and dead flies on the window sill.

We had a lovely one night stay at this beautiful country pub in Paul. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff, especially Roger and Jeff, were incredibly friendly and attentive. Vicky cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning. The pub had a great selection of ales and the food was home cooked and tasty. The atmosphere was comfortable and the location was quiet. I had the most enjoyable spontaneous visit to a charming village pub with rooms. The staff were extremely accommodating and made me feel like a dear friend. The food was exceptional, especially the lasagne and chicken coujons. The locals were friendly and welcoming, creating a lively atmosphere. Despite the small room, it was lovely and well-decorated. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the gin selection was a pleasant surprise. The location, just a short walk from the sea, added to the overall charm. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful experience.

We stayed at a lovely village pub with rooms in a quiet village near Mousehole. the staff and locals were incredibly friendly, and the vegetarian breakfast was delicious. the rooms were cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable night, including great showers. the pub served high-quality pub food, and the village itself was picturesque with a beautiful garden and church. the team at the pub, especially Millie, took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here to visit Mousehole and explore southern Cornwall.

As longer-term business travelers, we were impressed with the freshly cooked-to-order breakfast, high standard of room refurbishment, and the 4k UHD TV. The WiFi speed was also excellent.

We felt incredibly well looked after during our stay. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs.
