great stay at hotel in illetas. modern, clean room with comfortable bed. welcoming staff, free upgrade to junior suite, champagne and chocolates provided. great location, pool, restaurants, and private beach. amazing view and amenities. overall lovely experience that exceeded expectations. highly recommend the leading hotels of the world.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The staff at the reception, especially Neus, was extremely friendly and efficient, making us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, Neus continued to provide excellent service and was always available to help with any requests or questions we had. We truly felt well taken care of by the team at the Level Desk in the Lobby. The beautiful hotel and its stunning views, along with the lovely pool and beach areas, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The food at the hotel's restaurants was delicious and well presented. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely consider coming back to this hotel in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel surpassed any expectation I had. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the staff and was immediately impressed by the luxurious interior. the Spa and wellness center provided the perfect relaxation experience I needed, with a full body massage and sauna to name a few amenities. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight for me, offering stunning views of the idyllic coves and direct beach access. Live entertainment was also a treat - I thoroughly enjoyed the serene background music during breakfast.

this was quickly resolved by a competent manager who ensured that my meal was perfect.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the extensive facilities, and the convenient bus connections to nearby Palma. The breakfast provided a brilliant selection of dishes and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We knew we were in for a treat as soon as our taxi pulled up to the entrance of this hotel. the staff greeted us with cold towels and refreshing iced tea, making us feel instantly welcomed. the lovely Barbara showed us to our Level room, which offered stunning views that were definitely worth the extra cost. One of the best things about this hotel is the variety of areas where you can relax and enjoy the sun. We particularly loved our complimentary Bali bed experience on Friday, complete with cava, a fruit platter, and a heavenly head massage. Despite not usually dining in hotels, we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing and great value food offered here. the friendly and helpful staff truly made our three-day break feel like a week-long getaway. As a member of the Leading Hotels Of the World, this hotel certainly lived up to the high standards we expected.
