I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how comfortable the bed was. It had a complete kitchen, which was perfect for my needs. The bathroom was up to date and the room had pretty Mexican tiles. The motel itself was very quiet, allowing me to sleep in. The owners were also very nice and accommodating. The location was great; it was close to downtown and all the places I wanted to visit. I even found a fantastic local restaurant nearby. it was a fantastic place to stay!

I recently stayed at Havasu Inn in Lake Havasu City for a few nights and had a great experience. The room was spacious with a full kitchen, although it didn't come with any pots, pans, or utensils. The property was quiet day and night, and the free wifi was a bonus. The location was convenient, just a quick 5-minute drive to the beaches. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the room was incredibly clean with plenty of space. The amenities like the full-size fridge, microwave, and comfortable bed made my stay even better. I also appreciated the crystal-clear TV and the ice-cold fridge/freezer. The A/C worked perfectly, especially considering the scorching outside temperature of 110 degrees. I would definitely choose to stay here again as it surpassed my expectations, far better than Motel 6.

This place was mind-blowing! The room was super clean, thanks to the new ownership, and the front desk lady was so nice. It's a small hotel, so not too many guests, which was great for a quiet night's rest. The location was easy to find and convenient to everything. The suite was surprisingly huge with two bedrooms, perfect for us snorers. The bonus ceiling fan kept me cool all night. The hot water was on point and the owner family was incredibly sweet. The amenities like wi-fi, free parking, and laundry were a big plus. And of course, the air conditioning in the non-smoking rooms was absolutely perfect. No pets allowed, but it was totally worth it. The only thing to keep in mind is that the kitchen lacked utensils, pots, pans, and plates, so it might be something to consider if you plan on staying more than one night. this place was jaw-droppingly amazing!

the room was huge and clean, with a separate kitchenette area. the two queen beds were in separate rooms, providing privacy. the central room had a bed, fridge, full stove/oven, and dining table. the walk-in closet-like area leading to the bathroom was massive and could have easily doubled as a walk-in closet or laundry room. the beds were soft on top and firm inside, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Each room had its own AC, which worked perfectly and cooled the room quickly. We appreciated the tile floors and the overall cleanliness of the room. It was definitely great value for the price.

Plus, they have free wi-fi, convenient free parking, laundry facilities, and air conditioning in the non-smoking rooms. A golfer's paradise with a nearby golf course. No pets allowed. Worth every dollar!

The bed, sheets, and towels smelled fresh. The parking lot was well-maintained and spotless. The hotel also had lots of space, a full kitchen, and even an extra sleeping room. Both beds were very comfortable, and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the room. When we found that the toaster was broken, a replacement was quickly provided. we were impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities offered by this hotel.

We felt most welcome during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.
