The hotel exceeded our expectations in several areas. The cleanliness of the room, hotel facilities, and the pool area were impeccable. The spacious room was a pleasant surprise and provided a comfortable stay for our small family. The location of the hotel, just off the beaten path of big city busy-ness, made it a perfect choice for us. Being close to the Bell Centre and within a few blocks of the train station was incredibly convenient. The hotel staff, especially the lunch server with the trendy hair, were welcoming and friendly, adding to our overall positive experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is superb, just a minute walk from the metro station, and everything else like ATM and shopping centers are within walking distance. It was perfect for traveling by foot. The staff here were excellent and friendly. They love to talk with you and are super nice and willing to assist.

Staying here was a fantastic experience! I absolutely loved the location, as everything I wanted to see was a short walking distance away. The service was excellent, and the room amenities, including the heating, air conditioning, and coffee facilities. The housekeeping was exceptional, and they even gave me two bottles of water each day! Plus, the view from my room was amazing!

I booked this hotel for its great location and relied on public transit to get around. The room was clean, spacious, and had lots of counter space for our luggage. The staff at the concierge desk were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, with a glass-walled shower and plenty of counter and shelving space. I appreciated the eco-friendly policy of limited towel and bed sheet changes. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and a main shopping street. The rooms were big and comfortable, and there was a nice cafe and restaurant on-site.

La nostra permanenza in questo hotel è stata piacevole. Si adatta perfettamente al nostro budget e siamo rimasti soddisfatti del rapporto qualità-prezzo. La posizione è molto conveniente per le nostre esigenze, essendo a soli 2 km dall'aeroporto. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto di poter lasciare la nostra auto nel parcheggio dell'hotel. Il servizio offerto dalla struttura è stato buono, con personale disponibile e cordiale. Le camere, sebbene risentano un po' del tempo e avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovate, erano comunque pulite e dotate di biancheria fresca. È stato piacevole notare un profumo buono nell'aria. La colazione offerta era ok, ma dopo un lungo viaggio la giornata precedente, ci è mancata la possibilità di gustare una cena presso il ristorante dell'hotel. Complessivamente, il nostro soggiorno è stato gradevole e questo hotel ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.
