The sound isolation in the rooms is absolutely terrible. you can hear every single step your neighbor takes. not to mention the gym is tiny and poorly equipped. and can you believe they couldn’t even offer me a simple complimentary gesture for my troubles? i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. totally disappointing.
