For the price I paid, I got great value and a lovely room with a complimentary upgrade. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Giralda and Plaza de España. The staff was attentive and even surprised me with a special gift for my birthday!

Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to have access to an exclusive lounge throughout the day. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options and the pool was a great bonus. it was a fantastic escape.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The Level lounge was a great addition, with delicious breakfast and all-day snacks and drinks. The staff were friendly and gave excellent recommendations.
