the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, especially in the basic amenities provided in the rooms like soap and shampoo. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided great service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was a delightful bonus, allowing me to start my day with a delicious meal.

Fortunately, I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. Everything was satisfactory.

I got great value for my money at the Fairfield Inn in Gallup. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. The location was convenient, right off of Route 66, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Gallup for a road trip. The hotel's location on historic Route 66 and near i40 was very convenient. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast options were delicious. The hotel itself is immaculate, modern, and comfortable, with a beautifully designed room and a super comfy bed. This is by far the best road trip hotel I've stayed at in the USA, and I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of traveling. The large walk-in shower was a refreshing and enjoyable experience. I appreciated that they allowed my small dog to stay with me for a small fee.

The breakfast offerings were delicious and varied, with a nice selection to choose from. The morning staff was friendly and pleasant, making us feel welcomed during our stay.

The night staff seemed more concerned with a phone call, leaving me waiting for over 5 minutes without any apology. Additionally, the location of the property near the train tracks made it difficult for my companion to get a good night's sleep.

The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. Everything in the room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of tasty options including sausage patties, eggs, waffles, fresh fruit. The WiFi worked perfectly and the price was great. I even received a personalized email from the manager asking if I needed anything, which showed great customer service. I had a wonderful stay and wish I had booked this hotel for both legs of my trip.

I was traveling for work and stayed at this hotel for a few nights. The newer waffle maker that made smaller waffles was a nice touch, and the coffee selection was great. The pillow top mattress provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the supervisor at check-in was exceptional. The hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. The hot tub area was well-maintained and had plenty of clean towels. The location near the Interstate made it easy to get in and out, and I appreciated the grab-and-go coffee option. The staff was friendly and we were impressed by the rooms designated for the hearing impaired.
